Grand Canyon or Yellowstone for 2015?

Appreciate the input. You've all given me a lot to consider.
If we do Yellowstone we'd probably go in July. However if we choose the Grand Canyon we would shoot for late May/early June....depending on when our daughter's college semester ends. Is May even an appropriate time to see GC?
I'm gonna give this some more thought, talk to the kids(my husband doesn't care where we go) and let you know what we decide. I'm sure I will have tons more questions once a location has been chosen.
