Quite honestly we loved the entire experience! It was such an amazing, quiet, relaxing trip. No water, no phones, nothing but calm and beauty. We went with my best friends family and enjoyed fishing and tubing, sitting around the campfire, watching the kids swim. I thought it would be tough not having any luxuries since our son was only 10 months old but it was easy. I loved hanging my hammock out over the water, listening to the loons and drinking a cold beer as the sun went down. I suppose the only negative was that ice at the marina cost $6 for a small bag!!
