DW and I were there 2yrs ago. had planned 7 days in yellowstone and 3 days at Mt Rushmore. We canceled Mt Rushmore and spent 10 inside yellowstone. Dry camped at grants thumb and would stay there again.we did take a day and drive down to the Teton area and thoroughly enjoyed it also
