Grant Campground in Yellowstone - Central Enough?

Trying to plan a summer of 2018 trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Thinking of staying +/- 7 nights. This is our first trip. If we stay all 7 nights at Grant in Yellowstone is it central enoug...

It's really not a big deal to move. How many times do you think you'll make the slow drive from Yellowstone into the Tetons? I predict once. Stay in each park for the best overall experience.
