Grant Campground in Yellowstone - Central Enough?

Trying to plan a summer of 2018 trip to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. Thinking of staying +/- 7 nights. This is our first trip. If we stay all 7 nights at Grant in Yellowstone is it central enoug...

This is what we will do next trip to that area. We based in West Yellowstone last time and did both and it was just too much driving. YNP is just so large it takes a lot of windshield time to see everything you'll want to see. Next time I want to enjoy the Tetons more and actually base there after leaving YNP.
