I never DUMP the gray tank on the ground.
On the other hand I have often attached a 5/8" hose to the gray tank upon arrival, opened valve, and allowed water to drain as it is used.
There is a big difference between a full 40 gallon tank DUMPED in one spot or a few gallons at a time and move the hose a couple times a day.
FWIW kitchen (galley) waste water is often considered black water due to food particles present. Only hand washing sink water and shower water is truly gray water.
