Hi Bill
My PC went Silent Key in July. I think most of your questions were answered and you might be sitting in Gulf Shores right now.
I haven't seen any gators, but the brush areas look like their habitat. YL did see a cottonmouth in a public area our last stay. With so much people movement, vehicles, pets, noise, etc., I wouldn't think much wildlife would be in the populated areas for long.
Most are blacktop...a pad under levelers is optional. Everything seems to have a good sub-base. I try to get one of the 470-494 sites...the extreme West portion. I can't say I've biked all the camping roads yet.
Maybe a call to the Park for that one.
I think you'll get the idea here....
Sure...wish I was there right now

I can't remember, are the pads paved with blacktop? If so should I have wooden pads under the leveling leg pads?

When a Snowbird needs LP, do you have to unhook and go to a LP dealer for a refill or does a dealer come to the campground?

I have been to Gulf Shores a few times. I know there is a lot to do in the region. Does the park have any activities? If so, what kind?
Any other info that you think I could use, send it. If there are links, websites with info, let me know.

Thanks a lot. Rally looking forward to being there.
Life is a trip, ENJOY the ride.
Safe Travels.
