I also live in Portland. Try the state campgrounds, they 86 those drunks if people complain. I have been RVing since 1985 and since retirement spend six months of the years traveling. I have never had anyone bother us. We stay away from the federal type no hookup sites as they tend to attract this sort of trouble maker. Private campgrounds put the kybosh on these creeps too. At the
