I don't fulltime. In my opinion what you are experiencing is really no different than municipalities passing laws against overnighting at Wal-Mart or other business parking lots. It's private property but they can still regulate activities on the property.
I don't think a discrimination lawsuit would work. But I'm not a lawyer either. :)
