We're a member but have only got to use it once. It was a very nice experience with very friendly people in Orville, WA. They provided a very nice parking place on their lawns and we spent two nights.
It's true that it might cost you as much as an RV park (I haven't seen one for $25). We spent about $60 on wine, but it was a whole lot more pleasant experience to buy it from the people who made it than at some liquor store.
They provided water, but if you can't make it one or two nights on your own, then pay for a crowded RV park. Waking up in the morning to the view and quietness of the vineyards was well worth what we paid for the wine. You could say the wine was free......
