Has the price of RV lots ever come down yet?

after much searching I found my original post about RV lot ownership,

After reading that thread all over again, it seems to make as much sense to me as derivatives did.
It's funny how some have stated now that prices were low then, but are coming back up when during that time period (my prior thread) my feeling was they never went down and should. Some were even stating why they should remain high vs S&B real estate.
So it sounds now like RV lot prices have never went down since that prior post of mine, and the price is mostly based on FSBO logic. Like the commercial says "it's only weird if it doesn't work."
