Has the price of RV lots ever come down yet?

We bought our RV lot in WPB five years ago because finding any place to stay in this area was getting harder and harder. It's very nice having the same neighbors and doing things with the same friends each year. Has it been a good investment? Yes if you bought five years ago and NO if you bought two years ago as lots that were selling for $120K are now selling for $70K. Pretty sure that's a 40% decrease in value and even then there are not many lots selling which is why the prices have decreased so much. Something about supply and demand comes to mind and yet this is in a nice park in a great location that is far enough south in Florida to have good weather and we are fairly close to the ocean and the airport. If prices in your area have not come down then they did not go up in the last four years.
