I can confirm the Yuma pricing, the higher pricing is for an improved brand new lot with all the improvements Silversand mentioned in his post above. There is a new development in the south foothills area with one phase of four completed. I didn't check into he details but I assume that these lots are individually deeded just like your home is. Lots of western Canadians have purchased these lots in the foothills.
