I'm intrigued by the question, or at the very least, interested in the answers. The answers so far provoked more questions for me. In the RGV I know you can find RV Lot Certificates/Shares in nice established 55+ parks for less than $5,000 and some in newer parks at much higher prices.
What wasn't mentioned are what the yearly dues for an RV Lot?
I noted some lots had permanent structures, what are people putting on the RV lots or permitted to put on lots? How big are the lots or what is the usual dimensions? What amenities are in the park?
