I know a lot of places in our park in the RGV were empty last year. The ones for sale have really high (I think) prices on them. Since I am a landlord back in Indiana, I would be lowering those prices to get the places filled. People don't seem to realize that vacant properties do not continue to appreciate in value. Especially "trailer-type" dwellings. They need to be renting/selling according to what the market will bear, not what they unrealistically think they have to have.
