Sounds like a real adventure! Just another perspective: typically most RVers will drive about 400 miles per day and then find a RV park to rest for the night. Yes one can drive 700 miles in one day but you will pay the price physically and start the next day still tired. Driving an RV on a long trip like you have planned can have a culumative physical strain on the body and enjoyment. For grins, use the 400 number and route your trip to help you get a more realistic picture of your trip. In addition, having 2 youngsters can add additional considerations as children tend not to handle long periods of confinment. Be well and enjoy a great trip. Personally, I would not miss Bryce Canyon or the north side of the Grand Canyon
