750 miles with rest stops and fuel will be around 15 hours. You will enjoy your young children and your vacation by slowing down The attractions in Yellowstone are very far apart and you have traffic jams caused by wildlife. Be prepared to either be sitting in the car or driving for long periods. We stayed a week and didn't see everything. Hang onto your children on the boardwalks at Yellowstone as the pools are boiling and there have been fatalities. At dusk one evening I was returning from a geyser and had to share the boardwalk with a large coyote coming toward me. I didn't make eye contact with him but was scared, so close I could have touched him. Have fun.
