Help w/visiting Rushmore,Yellowstone and Tetons?

We're planning a trip for next July to Mount Rushmore for a day and a half then to Yellowstone and Teton for 7 days. I know were gonna hit traffific. We have accommodations taken care of but need sugg...

John & Christine, Your profile doesn't show what you are traveling in so this may or may not work for you. When you are in the Rushmore area there are two roads that you will want to drive that travel through Custer State Park. Needles Highway AKA Rt 87 and Rt 16A. DO NOT TAKE AN RV on these roads. There are signs posted about what vehicles will fit. Believe the signs.
