I used to go to the Gulf Coast (Mississippi, Louisiana) in November and December, the weather tends to be cool to warm, 50s for lows, 60s to low 70s for highs, and it can be rainy. This is also the time of year the Arctic air masses can push Tornado Alley down into the southeastern states.
Those are averages. Lows can go below freezing in November, highs can go into the 80s. That would be in the "records" range, I don't know about frequency, haven't been there to encounter those temperatures at that time of year.
