Just call the office. I'm sure they will suspend train traffic while you are staying there. :)
In Nebraska, there is a great little campground, except for the trains that come by every 15 minutes, hauling coal eastward.
They also have to blow the whistle, as there is a road crossing there. After a few days you don't even hear them, unless you are trying to talk.
Ironically, the campground owner is an engineer on one of these trains! I did learn an awful lot of "inside" information about trains by talking with him, while I was there.
