I guess we all have different tolerances. The Hershey CG is busy all season. The trains don't appear to have much of an effect on occupancy.

We are enjoying the CG. Very clean and they all take pride in the hershey name. Reminds me of Disney! Same as the park itself, very clean and well maintained. THAT is why they are always busy. If it were nasty, I (and others) would travel the extra 20-30 minutes to the KOA or other nearby CG.
And if the train were truly a serious problem you and others would likely stay somewhere else as well.
However since the train is a non issue everyone enjoys themselves right where you are.
