High season Oregon coast RV park monthly rates

Just curious as to what parks on the Oregon coast charge $85 a night? Been camping on the Oregon coast for many years and never seen that high of a price. Come to think of it, never paid that much anywhere. For a little over $600 you can buy a one year NW zone pass with Thousand Trails.
That gets you 30 days no charge a year and after that it's $3 a night. Not a bad deal. They have a park in Florence, Newport, Pacific City, and Seaside.
