Have done a whole lot of camping on all three coasts and the only parks that charge anywhere near that price are about three in Ca, two in Oregon and none in Wa. The two in Oregon are right on the beach.
Also, I have NEVER seen any Wa or Or coastal town that won't let you park unless you spend some money. In fact, I was feeding the meters in one place where I found enuff open spots to fit my TT and TV,60' total, into, with enuff space to pull out when we were finished and the meter maid came up and asked me why I was parking there when there was an rv parking available a block away. I told her that there were too many cars parked there for me to be able to get in and out. She told me not to plug the other two meters and headed for the rv parking lot in a hurry to write some tickets. The rv parking lot is signed as "RV Parking, only others will be towed."
