I thought they were building something like a "Super mall" and a (housing) development right there by/at the rim of the GC. Many tribes are opposing it. Ol' Teddy Roosevelt (who loved the GC and said to leave it Untouched and declared it a Nat'l Monument) is turning in his grave.
