How far do you post in advance?
Just wondering, is there a waiting list on campsites in areas? How far do you plan in advance? Is it all a logistical game or do you fly by the seat of your pants? How far do you plan ahead?

So Dutch, are you going to be in Midway again this winter?
OP to give you an idea of my planning, as I post this evening at 9:30pm (central), I pulled out the atlas to see which direction I'll head in the morning. And though I only travel summers now, my wife and I FTd for nearly 15 yrs and never planned more than a general direction - like east/west/north or south today. Wintering though in SW FL, we did solve the advance reservation dilemma by owning our own RV lot in Naples.
