How full was your park this winter?

Not wanting to start a "My state is better than your state" argument but wondering how attendance was this winter. We were proud to have one of the fullest parks in the RGV but still had 22 out of 140 spots available at our peak on February 1.

  • Desert Trails in Tucson has 230 sites and it looked full to capacity most of January. In and out started in mid-February.

Here in WPB renters were turned away at VIR in Jan and Feb. Dec was probably 90% full and March has a few openings later in the month. VIR is a 400 site ownership park with aprox 1/4th for rent and very few vacant lots.
  • West of Mission Texas, Nearly full but all lots are privately owned. Most empties were owned by those that were ill or died. The nearby rental parks are 70% - 80% full, quite a few more vacancies than previous years.
  • Blueberry Park in Bushnell, FL was packed in early February due to rallys. We couldn't stay another day for the first time ever.
  • 20 + rental lots available. Property for sale, more everyday. Seems that way all over the valley, maybe more than usual. Had a chance to purchase a lot and mobile home at very good price but didn't!!! Not wanting to get stuck with more property down the road if health forces the issue!!!! Maybe the valley has seen it's hayday!!!!
