The mantra down there is "Mex-I-Can." The trick for you is to realize just because a person can do something, doesn't mean that they "should" do it (i.e. lack of training, insurance, experience, lack of citizenship...).
I was asking more for a family member (FIL)... they have a good-sized class A motor home, and he's about 80. Driving it back and forth from Lake Havesu to WA state is getting to be a bit much. Saw this thread about RV haulers, and figured it'd be worth asking. Pretty sure I wouldn't be going with anyone not bonded and insured, personally.
