We also booked 5 days back in '04. Four of those days were devoted to seeing the major attractions in YNP - Old Faithful, Norris Geyser Basin, Mammoth Hot Springs, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Artists Paint Pots, and the like. Also half a day of boating on the lake. You'll have enough time to hit the highlights, IMHO. We covered over 300 miles over the course of those four days - that's how big the park is.
