One time, for the sake of purity here: You have no rights on my property, my property once was mine, now it's only mine if I obey your laws, even if I don't agree with them, is that what your saying. Doesn't work that way ... and you contradict yourself - punishment occurs if one disobeys a law ... so it is punishment, that's the only way we enforce law.
If the laws passed were truly in everyone's best interest, we'd not need a badge and gun to enforce them, they'd enforce themselves because everyone would agree with them. Not starting a war here, but just because you say it doesn't make it right. And, just because it's law now, doesn't mean that law is right either, we change stupid laws all the time, once we realize (some,not all) are stupid ... that's why we have a constitution.
