How much rent should i pay?

Am in a situation where I am seriously considering moving into my Flagstaff full time (10 months out of the year) in order to build up my savings.

I have a friend who has a partially cleared acre of land with no plans of developing.

I wrote this here because I will have to supply electric (have solar and a genny,) and bring in water and use a chemical toilet.

Anyway, was wondering what a fair price to offer her to park my little trailer there and live? She is in need of $$$, but don't want to take advantage either.

    Before doing anything or making any "deals" check to make sure it is legal to park and RV on the property!

    Our town will only allow an RV on property for a two week period and you must provide proof of proper waste disposal......

    Between $100.00 and $500.00 a month, depending on the degree of difficulty your presence on this undeveloped plot of land brings to your friend.

    Firm price is best arrived at by checking into whatever ordinances/zoning laws as may apply to the Property in question.

    Hi,

    Flagstaff gets darn cold this time of year. Solar and generator are going to be hard pressed and you will most certainly need a couple of 100 pound tanks for propane.

    I am not sure what an unserviced lot would rent for, but I think the answer is "not much".
