We've never been to Edisto....thought of doing those first two nights there and then going to Hunting Island. Upside is we have a chance to try it out. Downside, adds 2 hours to our drive. What have ya'll thought of Edisto? Would that be worth a try? or just do the whole trip at HI?
We thought about staying at a halfway point somewhere along I26 or I95, but there doesn't seem to be much that won't take us off the interstate a ways...any suggestions?
