I stayed at Edisto last year.it was ok but nothing like HI! HI is one of the nicest beach campgrounds that I have seen. Love seeing the trees right next to the beach etc. we have 2 - 2 weeks reservations at HU park still for this year. At HI, if you want to fish at the pier, there is no charge or license, and they will even loan you a rod and reel at no charge, you just buy the bait. Edisto is ok but bot the caliber that HI is. Hope you all have a great time there. We will be down there on 7/23/13 to 8/6/13 and then 2 weeks from 9/27/13. Good luck to you all. Sky
