We'll be at Hunting Island in mid October. Right when the weather starts getting nicer, and before they close up the light house!
Somehow I missed what you said about Givhans. There isn't much to do there, and it's not close to the interstate either. While I haven't stayed at Colleton, I've heard good things about it, and plan on putting it on the list for next year. Already have 13 trips this year (3 down, 10 to go), and the wife says that's all the budget allows lol.
