The WX guy I like (Joe Bastardi) admits he’s missed the forecast for February with it being warmer in the SE and S central BUT he still says winter will be longer than normal...all of March colder than normal. The warm spot will be the lower half of Fla. Based on the forecast for Mission coming up he may be right.
