There is a dump station at Memaloose but I don't know about getting into it but I think it would be free to get into to dump. There is a dump station in Hood River at the sewage treatment plant that is free. Take the second exit at Hood River and the dump is on the north side of the freeway. I would Google earth it and you should see it to the west after you turn north off the exit. The Hood River dump site is free and easy on and off once you know where it is at. Camping World in Troutdale is easy on and off and open all the time.
