We end up in the mud alot with our off-road camper...
I have one of these Camping World high dollar folding steps that has the heavy duty grate on it for stomping the boots on.
We also always have a couple of the long hallway type carpets... These really help making a path back to some dry areas feeding our normal awning carpet.
We also have a water spigot handy near the front deck...
