Kinda depends also on how many spaces you need/want to have, how much space between sites, all pull throughs or mix of pull and back-in, what other buildings, dump stations or all full hookup, or facilities ( bath, dog walks, common area)? Room for office/store, maintenance equipment buildings, propane tank, visitor parking. You planning on both short and long term users? Going to have separate place for them? You planning on all comers or just RV’s no tents or pop ups? Make sure you have adequate sized roads to allow big rigs to maneuver.
