I'm actually in favor of high cancelation fees....

Maybe that's not the answer, but maybe it will help at least a little... Sorry for this upcoming rant, but I have a state park rant I must make to get off my chest ;-) I've been tent and RV camp...

It does and has changed with public campgrounds. Slowly, but things do change.
