You can easily access the Cape from there. Avoid the weekends and rush hour and it's only about 30 minutes to the upper Cape. Getting to Boston is a minimum of 45 minutes-on a good day. I would highly recommend going into Boston-drive to an MBTA Station and take the train in. A couple of the garages do have oversized parking, otherwise the dually will be a bit tricky. Salem is an hour and 15 minutes, no traffic. You can also head up to Rockport and Gloucester, very nice seaside towns. Splitting your time into two areas might help.
Remember its Mass, bring your wallet and lots of plastic.
