Are there any RV campgrounds with indoor pool and hot tubs?

Circle Pines KOA has indoor pool and hot tub. I-40 5 miles east of Williams.
Grand Canyon Railway RV. Hotel next door. RV'ers can use indoor pool, tub. - Yes.Circle Pines KOA in Williams Arizona had both when we stayed there a few years back.Pipestem State Resort Park in West Virginia also had an indoor pool.Don't remember a hot tub but they did have a sauna.
- Yes, I have found many campgrounds with indoor and outdoor pools, and they are typically heated too!
Fred. - Little Vineyard campground in Deming New Mexico has a small indoor heated pool and hot tub. Nice park , its a gravel lot, has winter snowbirds, but for our overnight, its great..
- The large nice place in Amarillo TX has an indoor pool.
