I took a look at Natural Bridge KOA. It is an option but would it be hard to menuver around with a 43 foot toy hauler? I was reading on Trip Advisor people had trouble menuvering to get out of their spot the next morning when leaving.
Our rig is 46 feet when hitched to the truck and we didn't have any problems (we were in site 80). I would call the campground and tell them your concerns. The sites aren't all the same and some may be easier than others to get out of.
