- RedGATitanExplorerCamp Lake Jasper in Hardeeville, SC. Right off of I-95 with full hookups. We stayed there one weekend a year or so ago. Can't remember, but seems like they had cable.
- jspringatorExplorerThanks! I'm printing everything out because I don't know where I'll be when it's time to stop for the day.
- JoeHExplorer IIIlast year on the way to and from Maine. we stayed at Pointe South/Yemassee, SC KOA. Right off the side of I-95 - pull thru's large enough so that we didn't need to unhook the toad. It's 50 miles north of Savannah

I'm looking for an ez in and out park off I-95 for an overnighter slightly north of Savannah, GA. Anybody have a favorite?
Head south another hour to Brunswick, GA. Exit 29 has Coastal Georgia RV Resort, about 2 miles from I-95. I don't believe they have any pet restrictions. They do have a "bark" park.
Rush hour on I-95 through Savannah isn't really too bad. I-16 has worse traffic.

Somewhere around Rincon looks good.
I stayed here for a night. But unlike your 6pm, I got there at like 11pm. :)

They have transient pull-through sites up front. Very level and full hookups. They were good to leave the truck/camper connected.
Looks good, but they don't take dogs over 30 pounds. We have a 55 pound Springer. Camp Lake looks like it will fit the bill. Can't find any dog rules, though.
Thanks for the suggestions everybody. I want to be close enough to Savannah to receive over the air TV so I can watch Kentucky play, provided they get past WV Thursday. - jnharleyExplorerWe have stayed at New Green Acres for an overnight. Nothing fancy and I think it was a Passport America campground. Easy in/out with long pull thrus.

I don't want to go through city traffic during the 5-6 pm rush hour, so basically as close to Savannah as I can get without going through it. I try to be off the road at 6:00 pm.
