You can go to a website called GasBuddy.com and put in your destinations. Set the tank size, and put in your home, the next place like Yellowstone, click "Add a destination" and put in Tetons, 'Add' and Zion, and all the other places.
It will calculate the total distance for you.
I am thinking once you figure out that this is going to be a 4,000 mile or more trip, you might agree it is way to much distance for a relaxing vacation.
That said, "Havie I done it?" Yes I have.
One trip I made to Yellowstone started on August 12th and ended September 12th. I was going to drive to Yellowstone, and spend a whole month there. Then got sidetracked to Glacier NP. Then Yellowstone, and then to Grand Tetons as my month was nearly over. Also decided to stop at Bryce, Zion, and North rim on the way home. Ended up spending the last 5 days of the trip driving about 800 miles. it can put a strain on you.
So yes it can be done, but I would not recommend it.
