I'm assuming that you have been provided with information about travel insurance that has such a condition. What insurer is it?

We've been using The Co-operators insurance and it has no such waiver.

Had both minor ($1500) and major ($25000+) claims on my travel insurance and not been cancelled. Used AIG, Manulife, Medipac, PC etc. Not sure what your problem is?
