There's a jeep jamboree out of Ouray in SW Colorado in September. Some spectacular scenery down there. Link

Mile High Jeep Club sponsors the Fun-4-All out of Buena Vista, CO in late July, early August. Early registration (i.e. NOW) is a must as the event sells out early. Link

A little before your time frame, but the Moab Jeep Safari is April 13-21. It's a real zoo, and you probably can't get any camping reservations with 50 miles of the place by now.
