Your photos give a good idea of the campground and your descriptions are also helpful. I wasn't clear where that gas station and store are located. You said park entrance, but there are many places to get on the Trace. I think I recall coming across some info that a gas station has been closed but I don't know if it's the one you wrote about.
The gas station/store was located right at the entrance to Jeff Busby CG. Our stop there was a few years ago, so I can't say whether it is still there or not.

I was just there. It's gone. The only thing at the entrance now is a restroom.
