Jetty Park closed, need suggestions

I was supposed to be staying at Jetty Park at Port Canaveral next week for a few days but it looks like Jetty Park is closed due to damage from Matthew. I was to stay there starting October 19th and checking out on the 22nd. We were then going to head to St Lucie South campground for 2 nights. We will be leaving from just south of Tampa Florida on Wednesday about noon. Anyone have any suggestions on where to stay during the 19th - 22nd? I'd like to head in the general direction of St Lucie and I will have 4 dogs with me. This is my last time from work for the year so I was really looking forward to this trip.
