I'll add third possibility.
RV CG's in Florida were starting to get to me so I picked up a real nice house with acreage in Florida dirt cheap during the market crash.
The sole reason was to be able to park my MH somewhere during the Winter months that wasn't like being in a sardine can at ridiculous rates just to get away from the cold and snow.
I am in the middle of the woods sitting in a nice house and looking at my MH parked outside getting a well deserved rest while I enjoy the peace and quiet and warm weather sans all the CG daily drama.:C
