If you notice, all 40 "rules" are simply common sense and respecting those that visit/live there. No cigarette butts in the planters-really? It's really a shame that they have to even have a 'rule' like that. If you smoke, field strip it when you're through. Butts don't ever deteriorate and certainly no one wants to clean up your ****. Rules are created because careless people don't care about others stuff or how they live. We really enjoyed our stay there on several occasions. The dog issue is prevalent all over the country and yes, it's mostly because of insurance regulations....JMO....Dennis
