Try Geiger Key at mile maker 11. They have 35 sites and it is like the Old Florida Keys. $132 daily rate and $105 off season. They have a really great restaurant in the campgrounds and on the weekends live Island music. We've not stayed there but have eaten there. I'm sure I've seen dogs but you can call 305-296-3553 to be sure.
